Scottish ‘Personality Disorder’* Network: Call for Online Conference Submissions, 6th October 2021

*inverted commas are used to acknowledge the debate and broad range of views around these diagnoses.

‘Personality disorders’ are common and controversial psychiatric diagnoses, which attract a wide range of views and perspectives. The Scottish ‘Personality Disorder’ Network welcomes proposals for submissions from all people who are interested in or impacted by these diagnoses. We are open to a variety of different means of you sharing your ideas. We want to hear the perspectives of all stakeholders, whether it be people with diagnoses, family members and carers, or professionals involved in delivering care. We hope through sharing these perspectives, we can build towards shared understandings, empathy, and ultimately work together to improve experiences of people with these diagnoses.

You can consider inputting to the conference in any way, whether that be a formal presentation, or a more creative means of communicating ideas. We will accept submissions of posters, workshops, presentations, storytelling and any artistic expression. We will consider both live and pre-recorded input, and these may vary in duration.

To submit, please download the application form here and return it to Ben Lejac at blejac@supportinmindscotland.org.uk by (DATE).

Please also get in touch if you have any questions.

All submissions will be stored securely by Support in Mind Scotland. To read Support in Mind Scotland’s Privacy Policy, click here.
